ReKeysha Belcher - Sustainability Coordinator, and BSN, RN , with an
extensive nursing career in emergency medicine and women's health, recently transitioned into Real Estate Investing committed to promoting environmentally sustainable practices within the properties and operations value sustainability initiatives, and commitment to responsible growth and community health.

Mrs. Belcher serves as a liaison between management and different departments tracking environmental metrics. When the company saves money, it can invest more into improving the community, taking care of its residents and helps the company practices green living such as energy efficiency, waste reduction, water conservation to reduce operational costs.

She creates programs that help the community, like recycling or planting trees. Her goal is to help the environment make sure the company follows these rules, so it avoids fines or problems with the law.

Aerica Karriem - Founder, CEO and Real Estate Investor. As a passionate and dedicated coliving entrepreneur, she brings a wealth of experience from managing a diverse real estate portfolio valued at $3.2 million. Over the years, she has developed a deep understanding of the coliving market, property management, and the needs of residents. Aerica's journey began with a focus on property management, where she honed her skills in optimizing operations, enhancing tenant satisfaction, and maximizing profitability.

Now, she is excited to take her expertise to the next level by transitioning into property ownership. This new venture allows her to apply the valuable insights gained from managing a substantial portfolio while creating unique coliving spaces that meet the evolving demands of our community.

Qour'en Whitebear - Marketing Specialist, playing a pivotal role in shaping our brand identity and driving growth through effective marketing strategies. Her position is essential for attracting new residents and fostering a strong community presence. Her focuses are on three key areas: digital marketing strategies, community outreach, and brand development.

Ms. Whitebear is very instrumental in driving awareness and interest in in attracting awareness to coliving. By focusing on innovative digital marketing strategies and proactive community engagement, she significantly contributes to the growth of our resident base and enhances the overall reputation of our brand.

Develop relationships with local businesses, universities, and organizations to foster partnerships that can enhance our community outreach efforts. These partnerships could include collaborations on events, exclusive offers for residents, or community service initiatives. These series of events drives organic traffic to our website, increasing inquiries and potential lease signings.

Miesha McCray - Chair, Investment Advisory Committee, and Insurance Underwriter of over a decade, serving as Chair of Aerco Management’s Investment Advisory Committee, providing independent oversight and strategic guidance on capital allocation, real estate underwriting standards, and risk management. She brings an experienced, objective perspective to support disciplined decision-making and long-term portfolio stability.

As Chair of our Oversight Committee’s role is advisory in nature. Final investment decisions, execution, and day-to-day operations remain solely with Aerco Management. This governance structure is intentionally designed to preserve centralized execution while benefiting from external insight and best-practice guidance.

Through our advisory framework, Ms. McCray reinforces her commitment to disciplined growth, transparency, and long-term capital stewardship, ensuring the platform remains aligned with institutional standards as it scales.

Sandra Jones - Community Retention Specialist, leading with many years of experience with excellent relationship skills with our participants and partners, and a deep passion for sales. Mrs. Jones has a professional background rooted in customer engagement and relationship management, She is committed to ensuring every customer feels valued, understood, and supported.

Mrs. Jones role is to analyse customer behaviour and gathering detailed information about customer concerns and complaints, they identify patterns and opportunities to improve the customer experience. She has developed proactive and aggressive retention strategies based on real client feedback, negotiations with participants to renew contracts, and collaborate closely with other team to propose solutions that protect and strengthen business relationships.

With advanced communication, interpersonal, and organizational abilities, Mrs. Jones consistently manage multiple priorities while maintaining a high standard of service. Her dedication to client satisfaction and retention plays a critical role in protecting revenue, improving customer loyalty, and supporting the long-term success of the organization.
