Here’s how it works:

Step 1: Apply or Join the Waitlist

Fill out our short application or join the waitlist.

You’ll tell us:

• Who you are

• What you’re looking for

• When you want to move

This helps us see if our homes are a good fit for you.

Step 2: Get Approved

We review applications in the order they come in.

If approved, you’ll:

• Receive house rules

• See available rooms

• Get pricing and move-in details

We keep our homes safe and peaceful. Not every application is a fit, and that protects the community.

Step 3: Choose Your Room

When a room is available, you’ll:

• Pick your room type

• Review your agreement

• Confirm your move-in date

Rooms are limited. Early applicants get first access.

Step 4: Move In and Get Settled

On move-in day, you’ll:

• Get your welcome guide

• Learn how the house works

• Meet your housemates

We provide:

• Clean shared spaces

• Clear house rules

• Ongoing support

You bring your personal items and respect for the home and community.

Step 5: Live With Less Stress
